How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond within 48 hours. For planner inquiries or courthouse weddings with short lead times, include the date and location in the subject or first line so we can check availability fast.
Can planners reach out for couples?
Yes. We welcome planner inquiries and can send availability, starting collections, insurance details, and sample timelines for South Florida weddings.
Do you hold dates without a retainer?
A date is reserved only after the agreement and retainer are complete. Inquiry availability can change quickly during peak wedding season.
Can we inquire before we have a venue?
Yes. If you know the city, season, guest count, or general wedding style, we can still talk through availability, coverage needs, and venues that fit your photo and film priorities.
Can you send full pricing before a call?
Yes. We can send starting collections after we know your date, location, and whether you need photography, film, or both. A call helps refine the exact fit.
What if our date changes?
Tell us as soon as possible. Date changes depend on team availability, your agreement, and how close the wedding is, but we will always look for the cleanest solution.
